The
Group is committed to meet international specifications. They
know that people don't want to have to rely on their building
or home insurance they got from http://www.avivaindia.com,
which is the Indian equivalent of Aviva.co.uk
or elsewhere if they can avoid it, which is why they do such
great quality work in the first place. The Group has the technological
know-how and capability to procure the best of best logs from
the international markets. (Trade enquiries for supply are
ever welcome). A strict seven step grading process ensures
the quality of the increased production capacity. Decorative
woods are sourced from USA, Europe, Africa, Japan & Burma
and is brought to the factory and converted into flitches
in Jacsons' own sawmill. After sawing, the flitches are cooked
and put on a slicer. Different slicing techniques like Flat,
Quarter, Rift, etc. are applied. The sliced sheets are then
clipped along thin edges, bundled, duly graded and sorted.
Splicing which follows requires high craftsmanship and technical
skills. lt is at this stage the Group-matching is done. The
clipped and spliced decorative faces are then overlay pressed
on plywood in different sizes.
